Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality care and education
  • Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and seamless care
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our service through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
