About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our operations, inspiring teams and setting high standards for care, education, and engagement.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • You will coach, mentor, and support Educators and Teachers through professional growth and development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, as approved by ACECQA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership roles.
  • A current Working with Children Check is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Effective time management and priority-setting skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
