Event Staff Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled event staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to efficiently manage multiple tables and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through attentive service and prompt communication.
  • Confidently carry 3 plates at a time and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Read and understand run sheets, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
  • Hold a current RSA certification and adhere to responsible serving practices.
  • Reliably transport themselves to and from work, ensuring timely attendance.
Working Environment

The majority of our events are wedding receptions, with occasional corporate events and functions. This role requires flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and nights.
