About the Role:
- Pre and Post Event Planning
- Coordinate logistics, transportation of equipment to and from venues.
- Create schedules and advance key documents to suppliers and venue staff.
- Book and train staff for events through agency staffing partners.
- Attend weekly project updates with project managers and associate producers to review and implement production details.
- Manage inventory storage solutions and oversee event incident report forms.
- Assist with evaluating and executing walk-throughs of potential venues (additional hours may apply).
- Onsite Event Management
- Manage scheduled event timings as the main point of contact onsite.
- Implement new or amended production details and company policies.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Fill in event incident report forms and encourage team performance improvements.
- Provide photographs and feedback after each event to project managers/producers.
- Represent the brand through professional communication and management, acting as the primary customer service representative at events.
Responsibilities:
This role involves travel and requires a valid driver's license.
We seek a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent face-to-face communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage small teams.
The ideal candidate can learn from mistakes and provide constructive feedback on improving the overall experience.
Experience in ballet-related event coordination is advantageous but not necessary. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
