  • The Project Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project portfolio, developing robust project schedules and supporting IT Project Managers in resource management and forecasting.
  • The role requires expertise in risk management, issue resolution, resource management, and activity prioritization, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maturing demand and delivery practices and processes, including workflows, service management, and prioritization.
  • Supporting Project Managers through the project lifecycle, providing project templates, checklists, best practices, and lessons learnt documentation.
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting on portfolio progress, escalating early identification and correction of portfolio-level issues.
  • Developing, reviewing, and overseeing processes associated with progress reporting, proposals, and presentations across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and specialist expertise in technical or administrative fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise-level technology projects and programs.
  • Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, resource management, and activity prioritization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
