Job Title: Tile Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable tile installation specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to plan precise tile layouts, ensuring accurate and efficient installations.
  • Prepare work surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and repairing any imperfections to create a smooth foundation for new installations.
  • Install tiles (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, etc.) with correct alignment, spacing, and symmetry, paying close attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Seal tile joints and perform detailed caulking to ensure a moisture-resistant and durable finish.
  • Conduct waterproofing works in areas such as bathrooms, balconies, rooftops, and showers to protect against water damage and leaks.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other trades to meet project deadlines and standards.
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
