Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Specialist to join our team at SSP Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining templates and processes that ensure the People Services team delivers to quality, audit, and SLA standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of People systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Provide high-quality and accurate data and reports to the HR team and the business.
  • Monitor and audit international payrolls and process the UK modified scheme payroll within HMRC guidelines.
  • Support the People Team Manager/People Team Lead with visa and immigration issues for the global business.
  • Manage the SSP benefits program, including the system and provision of benefits through to payroll.

Accountability

  • Ensure all People documents meet legal, audit, and SSP standards.
  • Ensure all benefits are provided and processed in line with legal and HMRC guidelines.
  • Ensure People Service internal audit requirements are carried out and quality standards met at agreed frequency.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling HR systems.
  • Experience of handling payroll for around employees.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent ability to work on multiple reports and dashboards.
  • Good documentation skills.
