Early Years Programme Coordinator

As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children in our centre. You will work closely with educators to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that foster a love of learning in children.
With your expertise and passion for education, you will help build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will lead by example, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing high-quality early learning programs.
- Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
- Contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.
Requirements:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound knowledge and implementation of current early years thinking and practice.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
