We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our dynamic team and contribute to a vibrant learning environment.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and the centre community.
- Lead and guide teams in creating and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of contemporary early years practices.
- Document and share children's learning and development progress with families.
This role involves working closely with Educators to support and enhance their teaching practices, helping them grow and excel professionally.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards it).
- Prior experience in long day-care settings.
- Practical knowledge and experience with the NQF and EYLF.
- A current Working with Vulnerable People Check.
