We are seeking a Dementia Support Clinician to join our healthcare team. This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours per week) where you will provide comprehensive support to individuals with dementia.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and proven clinical experience in dementia, delirium, or aged care case management.
- Organise a Clinic for Dementia and Aged Care alongside a Rehabilitation Specialist
