Overview

Join to apply for the Dementia Support Clinician role at NSW Health. Based at Inverell Community Health, you will provide comprehensive support to individuals with dementia while working alongside an enthusiastic and collaborative team. This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours per week) with Requisition ID REQ600524 and Applications Close on Sunday 7 September.

Remuneration: $36.39 - $51.09 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging.

Responsibilities
  • Organise a Clinic for Dementia and Aged Care alongside a Rehabilitation Specialist
  • Provide vital support through home visits
  • Contribute to person- and family-centred care within a multidisciplinary team
About You / Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven clinical experience in dementia, delirium, or aged care case management
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Genuine interest in dementia care and supporting carers and community teams; culturally aware and empathetic
