Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the business across multiple clinics and skincare stockists in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the retail, beauty, consumer or cosmetic environment and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A strong understanding of the cosmeceutical industry and its key trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business across multiple clinics and skincare stockists in Western Australia
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic owners and skincare stockists
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the cosmeceutical industry and its key trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
