We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Manager to join our successful team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the South East Perth metro region. This role reports to the Zone Manager and contributes to the continued growth and development of our iconic market-leading brands by fostering business partnerships in the grocery channel.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and mentor a direct report team
  • Excellence in execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Effective collaboration as a member of the WA field team
  • Liaising with key decision makers in-store
Requirements for Success:
  • An energetic achiever who demonstrates a strong drive for results
  • Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
  • Preferably FMCG experience, but not essential
  • A confident leader who inspires and motivates others
  • Forward planning skills that ensure success
