Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team as a Technical Service Representative. As a Production Technician working in the field, you will:
- Provide technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of Ricoh Production Printing equipment.
- Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPIs.
- Discuss any problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
- Maintain accurate records of all service visits through our Ricoh Service mobile application.
- Manage and control vehicle stock, to improve first-time fix levels to customers, and ensure vehicle stock on hand accuracy.
- Improve and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
- Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role servicing digital printing equipment or similar electro-mechanical devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Proven fault-finding technique.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical ability and knowledge.
- A desire to learn.
