The Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating content for the company's social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Workplace to engage and grow our audience. You will write news stories, editorials, and media releases for the company website and industry publications. Additionally, you will develop marketing materials for use with customers, such as brochures, case studies, and slide deck support for the Sales Team.

You will provide general support across marketing campaigns and events, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, and campaign execution, preferably in a related industry.

You will be given the opportunity to showcase your creativity while staying on brand for the business. We're looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and offers innovative marketing ideas. Someone who can work autonomously but is also a team player and confident communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience in a marketing role (min. 2-3 years).
  • Degree level qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing collateral.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Social media expertise including experience using scheduling and reporting platforms.
