About the Opportunity

RACV Hobart Hotel is seeking a skilled and energetic Luggage Attendant to join their team on a casual basis.

As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting guests, assisting with luggage and valet parking their cars when required.

You will also have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of RACV Hobart Hotel and the local area, providing recommendations and directions to our guests. With a focus on delivering outstanding service, you will be an ambassador for RACV's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Previous experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of Hobart and Tasmania
  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS desired, but not essential
  • Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
  • Open Australian driving licence (Manual & Automatic)
  • Full working rights in Australia
