About the Role

We're looking for skilled professionals driven by a passion for data analysis to make a real difference in people's lives. Wage compliance is crucial for ensuring every worker receives their fair entitlements.

You will leverage your experience in business analysis, data investigation, and analytic skills to identify, investigate, quantify, and report on wage underpayment matters.

  • Develop and lead technical designs and models (SQL or Excel) to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists to understand business requirements for modelling, including resolution of ambiguous requirements and identification of relevant data sources.
  • Work with clients to identify root causes of wage compliance issues and establish remediation plans.
  • Conduct testing and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
  • Document results and prepare working papers and reports to support analysis.
  • Support proposal development and other business activities.
