Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to assist senior team members in improving regulatory processes and outcomes from a systems engineering perspective.

We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple engineering roles across various disciplines, including mechanical and software engineering, field services, and aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and engineering support to customers for field-based projects and operations.
  • Assist senior engineers to design, develop, test, and optimize systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fixes and improvements into production software and hardware.
  • Support field-based testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as required.
  • Assist in drafting technical instructions, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide timely technical support to customers to maximise system availability and performance.
Key Skills Required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1 level.
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting relevant flight-line or aviation systems.
  • Multiple years of aviation maintenance or certifying staff experience as applicable to the role.
  • Strong knowledge of DASR regulations and project management qualifications.
  • Ability to teach and mentor others and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
