Job Role

The lifecycle of an Avanade project spans from opportunity and solutioning to contract delivery, closure, and operational support.

As a Delivery Lead, you are accountable for delivering the project against the contract. You will balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, developing, implementing, and maintaining a detailed project schedule to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality outputs.

Report on status and progress of all aspects of the project against the contract.

Assist client teams to implement change enablement processes. Cultivate strong client relationships. Manage staff, both onshore and offshore, as well as sub-contractor staff when required. Travel as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To be successful, ideally you will have:

  • Experience managing Microsoft implementations - D365 CRM & ERP
  • Project delivery management in client environments
  • Project delivery management against a contract
  • Client stakeholder expectations management
  • Project scheduling using Microsoft Project
  • Agile delivery approach management
  • Requirements and team work management using Azure DevOps
