Job Title: Sports Venue Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer experience is a win.
About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the shift team, training and motivating them to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring that every area of the field is running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the shift team to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery
- Training and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth
- Assisting with stock management, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks to maintain high standards
- Opening and closing of the venue, ensuring all procedures are followed
You'll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality as a Duty Manager or Supervisor
- Full availability Monday to Sunday
- RSA, and TAB Basics
- A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
