About the Role:

- Lead the operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in restaurants or pubs.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring staff.
- RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification.
- A competitive edge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
