Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Service Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized support plans for individuals with disabilities
  • Coordinate with various support teams and external agencies
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service
  • Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved

Required Qualifications:

  • Service Coordination skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Operations Management experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and support networks
  • Empathy and sensitivity in handling cases with mental health histories and forensic challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in the disability services sector is essential

About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position based in Adelaide, SA. As a Disability Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing services for individuals with disabilities.

You will work closely with various support teams and external agencies to develop personalized support plans, coordinate services, and ensure high levels of customer service.
