Resthaven Mitcham Residential Services are seeking a Care Coordinator for a Full-time role.

A little more about the role
  • Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager Clinical Services and the Residential Services Manager at our Mitcham site to provide quality clinical care and services to all residents.
  • Working in consultation with residents and their families in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the clinical care provided.
  • Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home
  • Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with visiting medical practitioners and other allied health professionals
  • The supervision of nursing staff and personal care assistants


Essential Criteria
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals
  • Previous supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents
  • Ability to logically prioritise varying work demands
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people
  • At least 3 years' experience as a registered nurse
  • Registration with AHPRA
