Speech Pathology Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of children in early learning settings.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with Centre Directors, Educators, and other stakeholders to observe, identify, and support the progression of children's learning, development, and well-being.
  • You will communicate regularly with families to support their child's inclusion and participation, and build linkages with local services to streamline referral pathways.
  • A key member of the care team, you will attend regular supervision and deliver professional development as required.

Your Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Strong understanding of child development (birth - 5 years)
  • Ability to document, analyse, and report on relevant key performance indicators
