Job Overview

We are open to discussions with experienced Speech Therapists who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service to NDIS participants and a commitment to their ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly.
  • Provide speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community.
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment goals.
  • Degree assessments and evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' lives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
Requirements

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathapist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning from new ideas.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
