Graduate Speech Pathologist

As a graduate speech pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

  • You will embark on our 12-month Graduate Program, designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment.
  • We provide extensive training opportunities, including weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training to support your success.
  • You will work with us in the NDIS, helping people build their capacity and maximise independence.
  • We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose where you work, whether from home or one of our clinical hubs.
