Production Manager Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to oversee the production process from sales through to delivery.   • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality merchandise to clients.

  • Be the point of contact for clients and suppliers for any production-related queries or concerns.
  • Troubleshoot delays, product issues, or artwork concerns in a calm and solutions-focused manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience in production, procurement, or account operations management.
  • Bonus points for experience in the branded merch or promotional products industry.
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across multiple orders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Tech-savviness, with confidence using spreadsheets, order tracking, and shared tools.
