About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Workplace Resources to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Workplace Resource team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the WPR department, encompassing facilities management, leasing, project management, and contract management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the WPR department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality facilities management services to our employees.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring minimal disruption to core activities.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Safety and Security teams to support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
  • Manage operational budgets and calculate and compare costs for required goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Identify and drive workplace initiatives to automate and optimize our processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required.
  • Proven track record of managing Corporate Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management.
  • Proficiency in project management, encompassing hard and soft services as well as construction projects.
  • Affiliations to Corenet/ RICS/ IFMA.
