Fixed Wing Pilot Flight Operations Team Leader

Coulson Aviation Australia, a subsidiary of global aerial firefighting leader Coulson Group of Companies, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Fixed Wing Pilots to join the flight operations team in Richmond, NSW.
We are looking for individuals with a unique opportunity to protect and support communities flying multi-role aircraft on various operations including air transport, ISR, Bird Dog and Air Attack. Our specialized training program will be provided for the right applicant.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2000 hours Total Time (A) and 1000 hours Command (A) along with an Australian CPL(A), IR-MEA, Class 1 Medical and legal right to live and work in Australia. Aerial firefighting/application operations experience and agricultural/mustering/low level rating are preferred but not mandatory.
A competitive estimated salary range for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will have opportunities to grow professionally within our dynamic and fast-paced year-round operation.
