**Job Title:** Pcs Services Manager

**About This Role**

This position involves overseeing services across various portfolios, with a focus on the Akaysha Waratah and Ulinda projects.

  • Lead project teams to deliver services, setting guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating resources.
  • Create project plans, including scope and financial frameworks, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure project execution adheres to best practices and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and project finances.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage project risks, as well as opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • High level of technical aptitude in power systems and electrical engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in site execution and delivery of large power system-based services.
  • Advanced computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
