Job Title: Power Systems Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our power systems project team.


About the Role:
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across our power conversion systems portfolio.
  • You will lead a project team allocated to the service, defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
  • Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans, in collaboration with the Project Controls department.
  • Evaluate project execution against best practices and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring efficient resource utilization, project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems engineering.
  • High level of technical aptitude in power systems, power generation, electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site execution and delivery of large power system-based services including power automation, generation, or control, Battery Energy Storage or Inverter-based technology services.
  • Exposure to heavy engineering segments, Mining, oil, and gas, or heavy industry.
  • Advanced computer skills including engineering software applications.
