Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst

This is a challenging career opportunity that offers exposure to a broad range of tax activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the company meets all tax obligations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (including GST, FBT, BAS, income tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing).
  • Prepare and/or review workbooks for various local tax compliance tasks, and ensure that obligations are met by the deadlines.
  • Conduct research and analysis, consider and recommend options to meet company needs and enable informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for taxation related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding taxation activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years tax experience in Australia; we can teach NZ and Singapore elements.
  • Understanding of GST and Withholding Tax.
  • Chartered firm experience desirable.
  • Ability to interpret and apply tax legislation.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes pride in quality of work.
  • Experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation.
