Job Overview

As a seasoned tax advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients navigate intricate tax matters and drive their business success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on domestic and international structuring, cross-border transactions, and taxation authority reviews/audits/disputes.
  • Provide expert tax guidance on asset acquisition and divestment, financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness, and prospectus.
Key Accountabilities
  • Digest and communicate complex concepts in written and verbal forms.
  • Oversee high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to senior leadership teams.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Law.
  • Completed or pursuing CA or CPA qualification.
  • Experience in tax advisory with Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
