Restructuring Specialist Wanted for Complex Matters

We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our group, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to provide expert advice on high-profile restructurings and insolvencies.
You will work closely with clients from various sectors, including finance, business, and government. Your primary role will be to assist us in preparing court documents, affidavits, briefs, observations, and liquidation examinations; providing exceptional client service through strong relationships and communication skills; and working autonomously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or restructuring and insolvency;
- Strong drafting experience; and
- A strong client service focus and work ethic.
