About Our Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in helping us re-architect our platform to run on public, private, and hybrid clouds.

Job Description

The goal of our team is to make it easy for our service teams to build and run production systems. You will ensure that our world-class infrastructure is always available, responsive, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

This role is focused on building features that enable network connectivity between our platform and external networks. However, this will likely change and evolve over time.

To achieve this goal, you will leverage your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to write software in a cloud infrastructure environment. Your expertise in tools such as Python, Go, Java, Terraform, Pulumi, CI/CD pipelines, RDBMS, No-SQL DBs, etc., will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years experience designing, building and architecting software in an enterprise software or SaaS/PaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language and comfort working with Object-Oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience driving projects to impact.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
