Job Overview

A key member of our housekeeping team, the Service Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to the Housekeeping department with general operational tasks, contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. The Service Support Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily cleaning tasks and duties
  • Providing support with linen supplies and stock management
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
