Support Services Assistant

Are you proficient in Auslan sign language? We are seeking part-time Support Services Assistants to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, and be committed to learning and growing with our team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including client homes, community centers, and other locations as needed. As a Support Services Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide support and services to clients who require assistance with daily living tasks.
- Fluency in Auslan essential for immediate working opportunities.
- If willing to learn Auslan, please apply. A commitment from you to learning could see you on a new career path.
- Providing support with daily living tasks, such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Assisting clients with appointments, errands, and other activities as needed.
- Working collaboratively with other support workers to ensure seamless service delivery.
