Job DescriptionThis role reports directly to the Head of Payroll and involves working closely with the broader business to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing large payrolls with high accuracy and efficiency
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and compliance
- Collaborating with leaders and staff to drive understanding and adoption of time and attendance systems
- Providing expert guidance on complex payroll calculations and transactions
- Supporting the preparation of payroll-related data and statistics
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in processing large payrolls end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of awards, payroll legislation, and relevant regulations
- Experience with Chris21 or similar payroll software is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proven track record of influencing and working with leaders and staff
- Flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs
