Client Services Officer / Client Services Managers - Sutherland

Part-time positions (flexible schedule)

We are seeking an experienced Advice Implementation Specialist who has worked

directly in financial planning practices, supporting advisers with the preparation and implementation of advice. This role is not suitable for candidates from banking, mortgage broking, or other financial services sectors.

The Role – Client Service Officer (Advice Support) :

We're seeking an experienced advice support specialist. A motivated CSO / CSM to support a growing financial advice team. You'll work closely with advisers and play a vital role in the implementation and delivery of high-quality advice outcomes for clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

Preparing client files and documentation ahead of meetings

Advice implementation and administrative support

Liaising with clients, paraplanners, BDMs, brokers, and other third parties

Using XPLAN to manage workflows and ensure advice compliance

Assisting in the preparation of advice documents and research

Maintaining exceptional client service and communication

What's on Offer :

Attractive / solid salary package ($75,000 – $85,000 + Super depending on experience)

Opportunity to work closely with experienced and supportive advisers

  • Part time - 2 to 3 full days or 5 days 9.30am to 2.30pm - school hours

Full time - 5 days in the office, located next to Train (Sutherland) and Metro (Norwest)

Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience in a CSO, CSM, or Implementation role in financial advice is essential

Working knowledge of XPLAN / Adviser Logic / Advice CRM platforms

RG146 or relevant diploma desirable but not essential

Exceptional communication and attention to detail

A genuine interest in growing within the advice profession
