Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline or relevant trade qualification.
  • 10 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry and/or manufacturing sites.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Expertise in reliability engineering principles, including root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and asset management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
