As a dedicated Coordinator, you'll collaborate with passionate colleagues in a dynamic environment, guiding educators, supporting families, and driving team success via phone, email, and video calls.


Key Responsibilities
  • You will undertake regional travel 3–5 times per year, visiting educators, strengthening relationships, and making a positive impact in local communities. All expenses related to travel are covered.


Essential Qualities and Skills
  • A strong sense of adventure and confidence in solo travel when needed.
  • Deep understanding of early childhood education and care principles, preferably with experience in Family Day Care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interactions.
  • Strong organisational abilities and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Proficiency in digital systems and video conferencing tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • A balanced blend of teamwork and independence, with the ability to work effectively in various settings.
