Be a Front Office Leader
At our hotel, we are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of conduct and appearance among staff members.
- Supervise and direct Reception Desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support Guest Relations in welcoming, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Concierge Department to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct billing and credit checks, as well as analyze rate variance reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in Front Office or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent.
