Job Title:

Human Resources Coordinator


About the Role:

This is an entry-level Human Resources role that provides assistance in onboarding, learning and development, performance management, recruitment, and general HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment and talent acquisition process, liaising with management and external agencies as required.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Ensure new starter documentation is complete and accurate for setting up new employees.
  • Champion the end-to-end induction processes alongside operational teams and the broader HR team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least a Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline, demonstrated experience working across the full HR spectrum, particularly in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, with a solid understanding of employment contracts, awards, and the Fair Work Act.


You will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong organisational abilities that allow you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
