Acoustic Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team in delivering industry-leading acoustic solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake acoustic design, modelling, and analysis for a variety of buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and review reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, on-site measurements, and noise/vibration compliance testing.
  • Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Physics, or related field (postgraduate qualification in acoustics desirable).
  • 3 + years' experience in building acoustics and/or environmental acoustics within a consultancy environment.
  • Proficiency with industry software such as SoundPLAN, CadnaA, ArcGis, Odeon, EASE.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and State acoustic regulations, building codes, and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently as well as in a team.
