You will lead a team of carers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding care, and confidently manage resident medication, wounds, and continence. You will also conduct physiological assessments and develop care plans.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of carers to deliver exceptional care.
- Manage resident medication, wounds, and continence with confidence.
- Conduct physiological assessments and develop care plans.
- 2 years' experience in a care setting.
- NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
- GCSE maths and English grade C or above.
