Automotive Engineering Leader

Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our automotive and industrial engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management to refine the vision and strategy for automotive innovation.
- Develop and execute an engineering roadmap for the automotive team.
- Represent the organization in the automotive community, engaging with customers, partners, and standards consortia.
- Build and lead a globally distributed team of engineers, guiding their work and developing their skills through coaching, feedback, and hands-on leadership.
- Set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Advocate for modern software development practices and help develop great engineering and organizational practices.
- Cultivate a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
About You:
We're looking for a talented individual with a strong software engineering background. Expertise in automotive and industry standards, including ISO21434, ISO26262, SOTIF, IEC 65108, is essential. Experience in C/C++, Python programming, and practical experience in automotive, including functional safety, embedded systems, cloud, and related software trends are also required.
