Automotive Retail Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and proficient retail leader to drive our store's success in Perth Eastern Suburbs. You will demonstrate success in team leadership, deliver proven sales outcomes in the tyre and automotive sector, and exhibit adept inventory control skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build sales and profitability, and manage the daily operations of the store.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and deliver high-quality work to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Success Profile:
  • Motivate and drive increased sales performance.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficient in inventory management and stocktake procedures.
  • Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and store goals.
  • Budgeting and expense management capabilities.
  • Ambition to grow sales and reap rewards.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems, MS Office, and retail invoicing systems.
