Retail Store Manager

SRI SAIFOODS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are performed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees adhere to our strict health and safety policies and procedures.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, approve contracts, and planogram design to optimize sales and profitability.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, financial dealings, and payments made to financial institutions.
- Purchase and Marketing Policies: Implement purchase and marketing strategies, set prices according to Domino guidelines, and maintain a high level of customer service standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to maintain a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and experience a high level of satisfaction.
- Employee Performance: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to achieve outstanding job outcomes.
- Product Awareness: Educate customers and staff on new products and promotions.
- Business Profitability: Take proactive steps to ensure business profitability in a sustainable manner.
- Weekly Budgeting: Create a weekly budget to manage store expenses effectively.
