Retail Store Manager

SRI SAIFOODS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are performed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures, and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, determine product mix, and planogram design, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of financial dealings, including payments made to financial institutions, and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Purchase and Marketing Policies: Implement purchase and marketing policies, and set prices in accordance with Domino guidelines.
- Staff Management: Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to ensure that our store has a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and support.
- Staff Performance: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as necessary, and monitor and appraise their job outcomes to ensure that they are meeting expectations.
- Product Awareness: Educate customers and staff on new products and promotions, ensuring that they are aware of our latest offerings.
- Business Profitability: Take steps to ensure that our store operates in a sustainable and profitable manner, and make a weekly budget to manage our finances effectively.
