Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding visual merchandising, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Lead a team of sales and customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement business plans, including sales targets and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our company values and culture.
